Coach Heidi was a wonderful coach. She always provided good information and kept class very interesting. This has been one of my favorite program courses I've ever taken!

The coaching was phenomenal. Heidi was open, insightful and pragmatic about leader development on an individual basis. She was always uplifting and provided not just general concepts but tailored them specific to us on an individual during the coaching sessions which made the experience more personal and meaningful. As we mature in our positions and roles, our leadership changes forms and this was a great platform to have discussions with those outside of the community in which I work. I was able to be more open and challenge some beliefs safely and use them as a means to continue leader development.

Heidi is an excellent facilitator, starting with engaging professionalism and ability to "lead a room". I think she helped the cohort keep the guiding principles in view during each session, effectively connecting dots and directing focus back and forth between key ideas. Coaching sessions were equally effective...she helped me pick out the key results of the 360 assessment and identifying a few concrete steps that would build my overall development strategy

Immensely. The positivity radiates and she is so engaging to listen to. Easy to stay tuned-in and connected to the message and the lessons. The coaching sessions were invaluable - I can't say enough about the ability to be open and receive personalized input - it really was life changing!
